Privacy information

This deployment includes adult email accounts through Netlify, server sessions in encrypted HttpOnly cookies, private writing drafts, optional saved reading progress and optional completed lesson IDs in numbered learner slots. No child names, school details or child email accounts are requested.

Payment collection uses Payfast hosted checkout when enabled. Full card numbers and security codes are not collected by Nalipi. Payment references, amounts and access dates are kept by the backend. Hosting and connected services may retain technical logs.

Before public account registration, the owner must complete the responsible-party details, actual service providers and processing locations, retention periods, deletion and access request process, contact information and any applicable consent requirements. This is implementation information pending an approved privacy notice.
